You’ve heard about dying your Easter eggs with food coloring tablets, but what about with shaving cream? When I first heard about this way of dying Easter eggs, I thought it sounded so fun and wanted to share it with you! Let’s get started! Items you will need:
- food coloring colors of choice
- shaving cream
- hard boiled eggs
- paper towel
First, pick out the eggs that you want to color. Boil them in water for 25 minutes. Next, make a cute little bed with shaving cream in a bowl, for the egg. Put drips of the food coloring choices in the shaving cream. Place the egg in the shaving cream and then cover the rest of the egg with shaving cream and food coloring. Wait 25 minutes. Things are about to get messy. Pull the egg out of the shaving cream. Don’t rinse the egg off with water! Just dab the excess coloring/ shaving cream off with the paper towel. Ta-da!
