1 large cucumber

2 small tomatoes

½ avocado

1 can corn

2 cups feta

3 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons salt

pepper to taste

  1. Peel and cut up all vegetables. Tosh together in bowl.
  2. Pour in feta, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix together and enjoy!
